1. Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. A cancellation request may not be entertained once access to a course, its materials, or its content has already been provided.
2. Service Disruptions & Technical Issues
If you encounter technical faults, access issues, or discrepancies with your enrollment, please report the issue to our support team at support@simpliintern.com. We will investigate and, where a fault on our side is confirmed, take appropriate action such as restoring access or issuing a prorated refund.
3. Refunds Processing
In case of any refunds approved by simpliintern, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments made to simpliintern are non-refundable once a course has been purchased, activated, or accessed, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by the Company.
