By accessing or using the simpliintern website and any of its courses, programs, or services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services. In these Terms, “simpliintern”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to simpliintern.

simpliintern provides project-driven, skill-based training programs across technical and non-technical domains, with associated project work and internship opportunities for learners who complete our programs. Course structure, duration, curriculum, and internship pathways may be updated from time to time to improve learning outcomes.
3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering interest or enrolling in a program. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Course Access & Intellectual Property
All course materials, curriculum content, videos, assessments, and branding made available through simpliintern are the intellectual property of simpliintern or its licensors. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access course content for your own learning; you may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without prior written consent.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to our systems, sharing enrollment access with others, submitting false information, or engaging in conduct that disrupts other learners' experience or violates applicable law.
6. Payments & Pricing
Course fees, where applicable, will be clearly displayed prior to purchase. Prices may be revised at our discretion for future enrollments; changes will not affect learners already enrolled at a previously agreed price. Payment terms are further governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Internship & Placement Disclaimer
While simpliintern is committed to providing project-based work and connecting learners with internship and hiring-partner opportunities, we do not guarantee employment, placement, or any specific salary outcome. Internship and placement opportunities depend on individual performance, market conditions, and partner availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, simpliintern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or career outcomes.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform, without prior notice where warranted.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
